Who is ready for more Thor? We are! It’s been four year since THOR: THE DARK WORLD was released. So we couldn’t have been more excited when 2017 rolled around and we knew THOR: RAGNAROK was in our future! Today we are chatting about the upcoming film, sharing new images,the new poster (above), and of course, the new trailer!!
No one likes Mondays. But this Monday is pretty awesome. You know why? Because Marvel dropped not only the new THOR: RAGNAROK poster, but also the new teaser trailer!! Woo hoo! And. It. Is. Awesome. Short hair or long hair, Thor rocks it in this teaser.
Yesterday Entertainment Weekly and Marvel Cinematic Universe unveiled the first look at THOR: RAGNAROK!!! I’m totally loving the 80s vibe that RAGNAROK is bringing. Chris Hemsworth returns as Thor, as does Tom Hiddleston once again repirsing his role as Loki. Tessa Thompson joins the cast as the tough Asgardian warrior, Valkyrie. RAGNAROK also introduces THOR’s first female villain… Cate Blanchett as Hela! Jeff Goldblum plays the Grandmaster, who let’s just say, enjoys a game of manipulation every now and then. It’s finally here! Today I present to you the amazing lineup for films by Walt Disney Studios for 2017. We are HUGE fans of Disney films in this household. 2016 gave us a TON of great movies… but we absolutely can’t wait to see all the films on this year’s slate. The crews of Guardians, Pirates, Rebels, Cars and Asgardians all return to the big screen… as well as new faces and re-imagining of familiar faces… 2017 is going to be an awesome year for movies!
Yesterday during a special event at the El Capitan Theatre in Hollywood, Marvel Studios President Kevin Feige revealed the films in Phase 3 of the Marvel Cinematic Universe!! The lineup features a great mix of both fan-favorites and new to the big screen heroes.
I love that both Robert Downey Jr. and Chris Evans made an appearance. Plus the crowd was able to meet Chadwick Boseman who was just announced as BLANK PANTHER!
So as you probably already know from reading my blog, the next two Marvel films are AVENGERS: AGE OF ULTRON on May 1, 2015, and ANT-MAN on July 17, 2015. Marvel revealed the dates and titles of nine additional films through 2019, including the next installment of Guardians of the Galaxy on May 5, 2017!
