When many think of Hersheypark Amusement Park, they think of roller coasters, carnival games, family fun and of course, chocolate! However, one of the many aspects that makes Hersheypark unique from your every day amusement park, is that it’s attached to ZooAmerica North American Wildlife Park! Several weeks ago, my son and I had the amazing privilege to visit ZooAmerica before they opened to the public that day, as part of their Behind the Scenes Tour experience.
It’s the most wonderful time of the year! The holidays are almost here! We decided to welcome some Christmas cheer this month, and headed to The Sweetest Place on Earth!… Hershey, PA for the 2018 opening of Hersheypark’s Christmas Candylane! What better way to get into the holiday spirit? Check out all the amazing holiday happenings we experienced that are going on in Hershey, PA this season.
The other day I posted about our experience at Hersheypark in the Dark during opening weekend. We had so much fun! Over 55 rides and attractions are open for the last two weekends in October, and first weekend in November. While we definitely had a blast out on the Hershey’s Trick-or-Treat Trail, riding our favorite thrillers, and jamming out to Screaming Mummies… it was the delicious food that kept our bellies full and smiles on our faces. Both Hersheypark Amusement Park and HERSHEY’s Chocolate World are currently offering a nice variety of meals and sweets featuring the flavors of fall.
It’s close to midnight… Something evil’s lurking from the dark… Those were the words echoing in our ears as we strolled through the gates of Hersheypark Amusement Park this past weekend. While Michael Jackson’s famous Halloween themed tuned played through the speakers, we knew nothing evil lurked in the Park, only spooky family fun! Hersheypark In The Dark Halloween Attraction opened this past Friday to offer families amusement park fun during everyone’s favorite spooky holiday.
