Yesterday Entertainment Weekly and Marvel Cinematic Universe unveiled the first look at THOR: RAGNAROK!!! I’m totally loving the 80s vibe that RAGNAROK is bringing. Chris Hemsworth returns as Thor, as does Tom Hiddleston once again repirsing his role as Loki. Tessa Thompson joins the cast as the tough Asgardian warrior, Valkyrie. RAGNAROK also introduces THOR’s first female villain… Cate Blanchett as Hela! Jeff Goldblum plays the Grandmaster, who let’s just say, enjoys a game of manipulation every now and then. So what do you think? I’m so excited for this film! It picks up right after the events of AGE OF ULTRON. Thor finds himself imprisoned on another world without Mjolnir, his hammer. Now he must face off against his old friend Hulk, to return to Asgard, so that he can stop Hela and the impending Ragnarok! For those unfamiliar with Norse mythology, Ragnarok is where a great battle breaks out, causing the death of Norse gods, such as Odin, Thor, and Loki.

I have to admit that I have never been a big fan of comic books. I do however think this looks like a great movie. I love movies like this and look forward to seeing the first woman warrior!
