Growing up she always made us kids the most delicious holiday treats to enjoy during the holiday season. There was always some type of goodies waiting for us in the kitchen!

Yes, the Christmas tree will go up, the lights will adorn my home, and I’ll have Christmas cards on my mind. Her Cranberry-Apple casserole was one of my favorites. In fact, even as an adult, I still request her to bake it for my son and I to enjoy on Christmas. I remember coming inside from sledding in the snow as a child and smelling the fresh brewed hot apple cider sitting on the stove stop, just waiting for us kids to enjoy it.
