Love bears? This time next year Disneynature will release the their new True Life Adventure film BEARS! The story follows a year in the life of two mother bears and their young cubs. Set against a majestic Alaskan backdrop teeming with life, you get a glimpse into their adventures just as winter closes and the bears emerge from hibernation. As the season changes from spring to summer, the brown bear families join together to survive, find food, and fend off any predators. It is truly a glimpse into this amazing wild life.
Today I’m excited to share with you a featurette on the film! Don’t forget to connect with the film on Facebook and Twitter.
Bears Featurette:
Directed by Alastair Fothergill (“Earth,” “African Cats” and “Chimpanzee”) and Keith Scholey (“African Cats”), “Bears” is in theaters April 18, 2014, to celebrate Earth Day.
this looks like a great informative movie!
I love these kinds of movies. We have a copy of Chimpanzees. I can’t wait to see this one.
My family loves watching movies like this!
I ended up with a whole lot more information growing up in Montana. However, a lot of people don’t have that luxury. I think this is a great way for people to better understand nature around them.
I love Disney movies but never watch nature films, I cry enough over the cartoons. I am sure my boys will see it though.
This looks great! Bears can be so fascinating! Cannot wait to see it
this looks like such a cute, yet informative movie :)
Looks interesting! I’m sure my son will love it!
This is so cute! My husband is terrified of bears, but I bet my son and I would love this!
Cool! It’s nice to see Disney is trying to teach about nature, animals, and our planet instead of Princesses for a change. ;)
