Week 11 of Nutrisystem ~ Refocusing and Eliminating Stress ~ #NSNation

So here I am a little past the end of Week 11 with Nutrisystem on the Women’s Select Success Plan. As you guess in my previous posts, it’s been a stressful month to say the least. Even today I had a performance evaluation at work. Talk about super stress! Since I didn’t loose any weight last week, I worked hard to make up for it this week. I did a loose a pound, but what was kind of upsetting was that mid-week, I was down 3 pounds! Guess I gained those 2 back in the later part of the week. Not cool!

So I thought a lot about why am I struggling to loose weight in these later weeks. I switch the food up so I’m not eating the same thing every day. I vary up my exercise. Honestly, I think it has a lot to do with work stress. So what does one do when they are stressed? Take a vacation!

Week 1 – 4 lbs.
Week 2 – 1 lb.Week 3 – 2 lbs.Week 4 – 2 lbs.
Week 5 – 2 lbs.Week 6 – 0 lbs.
Week 7 –  1 lb.Week 8 – 1 lb.Week 9 – 1 lb.
Week 10 – 0 lbs.
Week 11 – 1 lb.
