Anyone else remember the days of elementary school reading the tale of Sophie and her friend… The BFG. Get ready for the return of snozzcumbers and Whizzpopping. This beloved story by Roald Dahl is coming to the big screen this summer, and we have the trailer!
If you are unfamiliar with the story, The BFG is actually a “Big Friendly Giant”, not like the others in Giant Country. The other Giants are twice his size, and eat humans, something that the BFG does not do! He quickly becomes friends with Sohpie, a precocious young girl. They set off on an adventure to Dream Country where the BFG collects dreams and sends them to children. It is there that he teaches Sophie all about the magic and mystery of dreams…
