Ever since finding out I was selected as a Shaklee 180™ blogger, I’ve kicked up my workouts in preparation of this new lifestyle and routine. When the weather isn’t too cold, I take the stroller out for a good walk/jog around my neighborhood. It’s been hard to get a good run in lately. As a single mom, I have to rely on others to watch my son while a run. I feel guilty using my babysitter for just one hour, and frankly when none of your friends have kids, it’s kind of hard to call them up and ask for help. I feel like I’m imposing!
I’m a #Shaklee180 Blogger: Getting Ready for the #WeightLoss Journey
Last week I excitedly announced that I was chosen to be one of the new Shaklee 180™ bloggers! I can’t tell you how many times I checked back on the Shaklee site to see if this was real. Was my blog really listed? Am I really going to be a Shaklee 180™ blogger? It wasn’t long before the email popped up in my inbox confirming so. I then quickly posted to let my readers know the news and my excitement. With 460 applicants, I feel honored and humbled to be chosen as one of the 90.
Last night it started to hit me how real this is, and how bad I really do want to get in shape. I’ve done various programs in the past that have worked short term, but this time it seems different. I’m preparing for a life style change, and I couldn’t be more happy.
