The film follows the opening of a new Indian restaurant in the south of France. The issue? It opens right next to a famous Michelin starred eatery, Le Saule Pleureur. This nearly causes rivals to go to war… that is until Madame Mallory, played by Mirren, recognizes her rival’s undeniable brilliance for preparing masterful meals. If you enjoy the culinary world, this is definitely a movie you don’t want to miss!
