It’s that time of year again. Vacation season is approaching quickly, and many people are trying to find their ideal vacation. We’ve got you covered when it comes to scoring your dream vacation.
While I attended the Disney Social Media Moms Celebration Event in New York, I was under no obligation to post about my experience. All opinions and views expressed are 100% my own.
Earlier this week I headed to New York City for the #DisneySMMC On the Road Event. There were so many great guest speakers and inspiring panelists, including multimedia journalist Victoria Lim. She gave us some great tips on maximizing our mobiles, multimedia interviewing, photo and video editing, and creating quick multimedia for our blogs and brands. One of the apps for multimedia she gave us a demonstration on was Magisto. Seeing how easy and simple it was to use, I immediately knew I had to have this app!
Seeing how easy it was to put together a pretty awesome little movie in 5 minutes, I decided to try my hand at the app and make my own quick video using photos I took earlier that day at the event:

There is a new toy in my household and we are having a blast! When I first heard about Ubooly, I was definitely intrigued with the concept. It is an interactive plush “pet” that is powered by your iPhone or iPod. You simply download the Ubooly app, slide your device into the Ubooly toy, and then play away!
The Ubooly Lab officially launched this year back on May 22. What I absolutely love most about this toy is that it allows you to customize your pet, which then enriches your child’s imagination and playtime experience! Though it is geared towards ages 4 to 10, it has over a thousand activities including games, songs, lessons, stories, jokes, and more really for any age! Even as an adult I had fun playing with Ubooly.

While pregnant I always read to start education early with your babies. Now that my son is two, I’ve been sending him to school a couple days a week. I’m fortunate enough that on days he doesn’t go to school, I have my mom or affordable sitters who will watch him during the day while I’m at work. A couple months ago, my mom purchased a new iPad. She decided to download a couple of education programs for my son to use with her on days he’s not in school. An iPad + 2 year old = a NEED for quality protective iPad cases!
Protection wasn’t the only aspect when looking for a case though! Since I used it from time to time, I wanted a case that was stylish, sleek, and wasn’t so bulky that I could still carry the iPad around in my bag. Luckily I learned about TheSnugg.com and all their iPad case offerings! In case you don’t have an iPad, they also offer cases and coverings for the Nexus, Galaxy, and iPhone 5 among other products. Snugg cases are the biggest seller in the United States, and are often Amazon best sellers in not only the United States, but in the United Kingdom, Germany, France and Japan. They have even created branded cases for Cadillac, GMC, and the CIA.
