My son and I are big fans of the Guardians of the Galaxy series, both in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, and on Disney XD! I was thrilled back when Marvel Studios announced there would be a Vol 2. in Phase 3. Just a little over 2 months to go till GUARDIANS OF THE GALAXY VOL. 2 hits the big screen on May 5. In the meantime, we’ve been working on all sorts of space, galaxy, and Guardians themed-projects. Today I’m sharing with you a DIY Galaxy Night Light tutorial! Big Game TV Spots for #GuardiansOfTheGalaxy & #PiratesOfTheCaribbean ~ #GotGVol2 #PiratesLife
If you watch the Big Game last night, you may have seen the extended look at two films I couldn’t be more excited about: GUARDIANS OF THE GALAXY VOL 2. and PIRATES OF THE CARIBBEAN: DEAD MEN TELL NO TALES! And if you didn’t catch it, no worries! That’s exactly what I’m sharing with you today. I’m a HUGE fan of the first GUARDIANS. So I was beyond excited to catch the TV spot last night with new footage from the film. Seriously. It’s going to be amazing. And I love love love the use of Johnny Cash in the PIRATES TV spot. My son hilariously asked if the bird at the beginning of the spot was “Becky” from FINDING DORY! LOL! I guess there may be a little resemblance… Now take a look at the spots for yourself, along with images from each look.
2017 Walt Disney Studios Motion Picture Slate!
It’s finally here! Today I present to you the amazing lineup for films by Walt Disney Studios for 2017. We are HUGE fans of Disney films in this household. 2016 gave us a TON of great movies… but we absolutely can’t wait to see all the films on this year’s slate. The crews of Guardians, Pirates, Rebels, Cars and Asgardians all return to the big screen… as well as new faces and re-imagining of familiar faces… 2017 is going to be an awesome year for movies!

So it may be five months away still, but we are counting down to the release of Marvel’s GUARDIANS OF THE GALAXY VOL. 2!! The original GUARDIANS is one of my absolute favorite Marvel movies (to date). I can’t wait to see what the sequel will bring to the bring screen. And after watching the newest teaser trailer, I think it’s going to be good. So so good. Obiviously. And I mean, how cute is Baby Groot??? Adorable.
