Kermit the Frog, Miss Piggy, and Fozzie Bear Star in Disney Junior’s MUPPET MOMENTS Premiering April 3!

Who has Disney Junior fans in their household? I sure do! That’s why I’m excited to announce that this Friday, April 3rd, Disney Junior is debuting “Muppet Moments,” a new short-form series of amusing conversations between Muppets and young kids. They’ll chat about everyday topics such as “apologies,” “favorite foods” and “manners.” The series features everyone’s favorite Muppets, including Kermit the Frog, Miss Piggy, Fozzie Bear and other beloved Muppets.
The series will premiere on Disney Channel with four shorts on Friday (8:25 a.m., 8:55 a.m., 9:25 a.m. and 9:55 a.m., ET/PT), followed by a new short rolling out daily through Friday, May 8. All of the shorts will also be available on WATCH Disney Junior the same day as their linear premiere!

Spring is just around the corner! In honor of the new season of Spring… Disney Junior is celebrating one of the keystones of Disney Junior programming – new MUSIC! This amazingly fun musical event kicks off TUESDAY, MARCH 11 on Disney Channel and Disney Junior with the debut of a music video for the new Disney Junior anthem “DJ Shuffle,” performed by internet sensation Parry Gripp.
That same day, parents are invited to submit videos via the Disney Junior Facebook page of their child performing popular songs from various hit Disney Junior series. The videos will be highlighted across WATCH Disney Junior and DisneyJunior.com/DJShuffle. What is even more awesome is that some of the videos will be chosen to air on Disney Channel and Disney Junior! Your child will have a chance to be featured on a special programming event in April featuring new music-filled episodes and culminating with a family night sing-along. How fun does that sound?
That’s not the only exciting tidbit of news I have for you… On TUESDAY, MARCH 18, Walt Disney Records will release the first-ever Disney Junior compilation album… DJ SHUFFLE! I love that DJ Shuffle will feature new songs and classic favorites from Disney Junior series. Any Sofia the First Fans? Your going to love the new song “Hoppin’ Out With You,” a duet performed by Sofia and Clover! Plus there will be karaoke tracks for “Blue Ribbon Bunny” from “Sofia the First,” “Jake and the Never Land Pirates (Swashbucklin’ Version)” from “Jake and the Never Land Pirates,” “Time For Your Check-Up” from “Doc McStuffins” and “DJ Shuffle.”
Can you believe I have even more awesome Disney Junior news? On Monday, March 24, DisneyJunior.com/DJShuffle will debut the game “DJ Jamboree“. In this game your little ones will be able to create their own unique versions of popular Disney Junior songs! The site will also feature Disney Junior lyric sheets and music-inspired crafts.
