After a nice birthday weekend, I received an even better gift earlier this morning! I saw another blogger post on Facebook that Shaklee announced their newest bloggers for the Shaklee 180™ program. Browsing the list, I was beyond excited to see my blog listed! Few minutes later, I received the confirmation email that indeed, I was selected.

I hope you continue to read this blog and follow my progress with my latest weight loss venture. I have a bridesmaid dress to fit into this summer and I hope I can look my healthiest!

I knew with the holiday season around, this meant that holiday goodies and backed goods would be around! While 2013 was approaching, I knew once again, it was time to get in shape and work on a healthier diet and exercise regime. To assist with this process, I had the chance to test out FutureShape™ Fat Burner!

FutureShape designed this formula to burn off excess fat, increase your metabolic rate, and help assist in loosing and maintaining one’s weight. It uses a  natural herbal compound to promote healthy weight loss by in assisting to help burn excess fat. This compound includes extracts from Green Tea, green coffee bean, Garcinia Cambogia (dry fruit), and banaba.

Directions are fairly simple. You’ll want to take two caplets, twice a day, with your meals. I opted to take mine with breakfast and lunch. You can consume up to three caplets twice a day, or two caplets three times a day, but do not go over consuming six caplets total. It is also key to drink a full glass of water with the pills. Gain Energy with Twin Lab Diet Fuel!

I’ve always felt there wasn’t enough hours in the day. It can be so hard to fit everything in that I need to do as well as be a mom, friend, etc to all my loved ones. If you regularly read my Facebook page, you might be clued into the fact that I’m pretty much addicted to coffee. I felt like my energy levels were depleting. When I heard about Twin Lab’s Diet Fuel, I was quite interested to learn. I always felt like I need an energy boost, and was willing to give Twin Lab a chance.

Diet Fuel is a high quality formula that is specifically designed to boost your energy levels and metabolism to provide the support you need as you strive to reach your weight loss goals. More energy and loosing weight? Sounds a deal to me! Though I was curious to see if the claims were true.

I’ve been able to take Twin Lab for the past 10 days and has definitely put more of a kick in my step! The directions to state to take 2 capsules twice a day, each time 20-30 minutes before a meal. I took mine prior to breakfast and lunch. You just have to make sure you space each serving at least 3 to 4 hours apart. You can take 3 capsules twice a day, but the bottles warns not to exceed more than 6 tablets per day.
