So one of my favorite “rainy day” activities is baking. I love taking the time to try to come up with delicious treats in my kitchen. I will admit, however, that not all of my creations turn out on point. From time to time, I’ve created cakes that were either baked for too long, or were too dry once finished. So what do you do with a cake that either falls apart or is too crumbly to serve your guests? I usually use it for one of two alternative desserts: Cake Pops or Bread Pudding. Today I’m sharing with you an easy tutorial for Leftover Cake Bread Pudding!

Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Banana Bread
It’s no secret I’m a huge fan of the HERSHEY’s COMPANY! Since this cold winter keeps me inside for the most part on weekends, I’m taking that time to play around in the kitchen. Anyone else ever eat peanut butter and banana sandwiches growing up? I did! One of my favorite recent creations is a Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Banana Bread, in honor of that childhood lunch. Check out the my easy tutorial below!

Springtime ‘Bird Nest’ Cupcakes
With the arrival of Spring, I was recently inspired to make on of my favorite Spring-themed desserts… Springtime ‘Bird Nest’ Cupcakes! They are very simple to make, and the bird nest theme is just so cute. It’s an easy way to create a dessert that is not only aesthetically pleasing to the eye, but won’t take much time in the kitchen!
Chocolate Caramel Bacon Candy #Recipe!
The recipe that I’m sharing with you today I’ve actually been making for awhile now. Last month I was invited to my friend’s graduation ceremony and after party, as he graduated from our local college… this little ole institution called the United States Naval Academy. (Hint hint, I used my sarcasm font!). Graduating from USNA is a BIG DEAL. It’s a tough institution to say the least, and it graduates some of the best of the best individuals here in AMERICA! What better to celebrate my friend’s achievement then gifting him and our other friends a delicious creation made up of some of our favorite treats: Chocolate. Caramel. and BACON.
Yes, I know it may not sound like the healthiest of treats, but it certainly is yummy! I mean really, my friend just spent the last four years of his life working hard on both his mental and physical fitness. He deserved some fatty chocolate and bacon!
Luck of the Irish Cream Brownies #Recipe! ~ #StPatricksDay
March is here you and know what that means… spring weather is coming soon… and St. Patrick’s Day is around the corner!
It also means this momma likes to break out her Irish cream desserts! Irish cream isn’t just for mixing into drinks, it is also great for adding to your favorite desserts to give them that boozy twist. Keep in mind though, you can make these brownies WITHOUT the Irish cream. You can replace the Irish cream ingredient with 50/50 creamer or milk.
However, I personally think the brownies taste much better with the Irish flair! I’ve made them for several St. Paddy’s parties and they are always a hit with the crowd.
