Ten seconds. It only took ten seconds to turn my back to put a dish in a sink. Little did I know, in the seconds I turned my back, my toddler had grabbed a crayon and started drawing on the wall. I turned around and saw the circles he had so proudly drawn! My jaw dropped and I froze. How do I remove crayon off walls?
Not sure what to do, I called a friend of mine who is somewhat of a “quick fix super mom.” If anyone knew how to treat crayon on the walls, it would be her. She replied by asking me if I had a hair dryer and dish soap, which yes I did luckily! With these two items I was able to scrub my walls clean.
Instructions to Remove Crayon Off Walls:
First you take the hair dryer and heat the crayon. This should melt the wax and make the crayon softer and easier to scrub off. Then take the dish soap with a paper towel or rag and scrub scrub scrub that wall! If you heated the crayon enough, it should come right off. Luckily this trick worked great and I was able to scrub the crayon away. Phew! Walls looked back to normal again.
So if you ever find your little budding artist using your walls as their canvas, remember this tip!
