One of the changes I’ve made is cutting back on carbs. Now I treat myself to brown rice past every so often, so I completely haven’t eliminated carbs… However I’ve discovered ways to replace carbs in some of my favorite meals, including pizza. Yes, you read right. I said PIZZA. Thanks to my new food processor, I’ve been able to make my own pizza at home, using cauliflower as the crust!
