In honor of the upcoming summer release of CARS 3, over the weekend, Owen Wilson (voice of “Lightning McQueen”) served as Grand Marshall for the 59th annual Daytona 500! I’m sure it was quite a surprise for any young CARS fans watching the race. Check out these images below from Owen’s appearance!
This summer, everyone’s favorite talking roadster, Lightning McQueen, returns to the big screen in CARS 3! Three years ago, it was announced that the CARS crew would once again hit Route 66 (or in this case, Route 99 too!). Two months ago fans finally got a glimpse at the teaser trailer. Last night, during the 2017 College Football Playoff National Championship, CARS fans FINALLY got an extended look at the film, which I’m sharing with you today!
