Wow… has it really been twenty-five years since Disney’s BEAUTY AND THE BEAST became the FIRST animated feature film to receive an Academy Award® nomination for best picture??? Wow now I feel old LOL. BEAUTY AND THE BEAST is my ALL-TIME favorite Disney film! While I can’t wait to see the live action come March 2017, I’m super excited that the animated version will now join the Walt Disney Signature Collection. This film is coming to Digital HD and Disney Movies Anywhere on September 6, and Blu-ray / DVD on September 20!

Is it Winter? Do I have my seasons confused? I swear I thought it was Spring… but this morning, it definitely felt like Christmas!! My response to when a certain video popped up in my Newsfeed this morning was “Yessssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssss!” I know I say I get super excited over many films, but this one definitely takes the cake. I mean, it’s BEAUTY AND THE BEAST! How much more awesome can you get? As a little girl this was my ALL-TIME FAVORITE Disney animated feature. And let’s face it, it’s still my all-time favorite today. I was nervous and psyched when Disney announced a live action version. However judging by the amazing job they did with CINDERELLA, I’m sure BEAUTY AND THE BEAST will go above and beyond my expectations.
