Yay!!! As you know we are HUGE Marvel fans in this household. Last April I had the amazing opportunity to attend #AvengersEvent out in LA, where I was able to interview talent from the film. (Hint hint, the interviews are posted here on my blog.) So now I’m super excited to learn that Marvel Studios will unleash MARVEL’S AVENGERS: AGE OF ULTRON on Digital 3D, Digital HD and Disney Movies Anywhere September 8th and on 3D Blu-ray™ Combo Pack, Blu-ray, DVD, Digital SD and On-Demand October 2nd!Marvel'sAvengersAgeOfUltronBlurayIf you didn’t catch the film in the theaters, here’s a quick synopsis: Tony Stark jumpstarts a dormant peacekeeping program, things go awry and Earth’s Mightiest Heroes, including Iron Man, Captain America, Thor, The Incredible Hulk, Black Widow and Hawkeye, are put to the ultimate test as they battle to save the planet from destruction at the hands of the villainous Ultron!

Get to Know the Artificial Intelligence of @Avengers: #AgeofUltron ~ Paul Bettany and James Spader Interview ~ #AvengersEvent

While I attended an expense paid trip by Disney to the press events for Avengers: Age of Ultron, Monkey Kingdom, and Agents of SHIELD, all opinions are 100% my own.

VisionUltronCollageMarvel’s AVENGERS: AGE OF ULTRON has been out in theaters for a week now! With final weekend box office numbers reported, AGE OF ULTRON has come in with the second highest grossing weekend ever (second to 2012’s AVENGERS) coming in at 191.27 million dollars!!! How awesome is that? Hopefully you’ve been following along my #AvengersEvent coverage here on the blog! Today we are detailing the chat with the film’s artificial intelligence… Paul Bettany as The Vision, and James Spader as Ultron! Earlier this week I posted my interview article feauting Cobie Smulders (Agent Maria Hill) and Jeremy Renner (Hawkeye)! Make sure you check out my previous interview posts with Captain America and Thor aka Chris Evans and Chris Hemsworth, Marvel newcomers Aaron Taylor-Johnson (Quicksilver) and Elizabeth Olsen (Scarlet Witch), director Joss Whedon, and Kevin Feige, the President of Marvel Studios.

Now if you haven’t seen the movie, I don’t want to give too many spoilers away. I can tell you that Ultron, voiced by James, is an artificial intelligence created by Tony Stark for a pilot peacekeeping program. However, Ultron becomes quite overwhelmed with what I can describe as a “god complex” and soon his main goal becomes to destroy the earth. As for Paul Bettany’s Vision? Well, you’ll have to see the movie to find out how he comes about.

AvengersReasonsSo here we are… May 1st! You know what that means… Marvel’s AVENGERS: AGE OF ULTRON has officially hit theaters! Woo hoo! If you are a regular reader of my blog, you know that I’ve been waiting a long time for this film. I’m a huge fan of the Marvel Cinematic Universe and I couldn’t be more excited to finally share some more details on Marvel’s latest film.

Hopefully you’ve been following my #AvengersEvent coverage here on the blog! JossTitleHopefully yesterday you caught interview article with Marvel newcomers Aaron Taylor-Johnson (Quicksilver) and Elizabeth Olsen (Scarlet Witch) from Marvel’s AVENGERS: AGE OF ULTRON! Last week I also shared with my readers my interview article with Chris Evans (Captain America) and Chris Hemsworth (Thor). Today I have another awesome Q&A for you. This time it is with director Joss Whedon! Joss also wrote and directed 2012’s THE AVENGERS, which is the third highest-grossing film of all time.

I have to say it was really fun to interview Joss! He is quite personable, and genuinely grateful for his partnership with Marvel. Plus he is just down to earth and hilarious. He had us laughing instantly the moment he walked in the room.
