Today I’m sharing with you a listing of pumpkin patches and fall fun that are still open for this season.
2017 Maryland Pumpkin Patch Fun
Autumn is my absolutely favorite season! I love the hoodie weather, the colorful trees, the crisp air, bonfires, pumpkin dishes, and of course, Halloween! One of my favorite activities during this time of year is heading out to the pumpkin patch with my son. Yesterday we shared with you a listing of fun local fall festivals and Halloween events. While many of those festivals are held at pumpkin patches, I wanted to share a few additional pumpkin patch locations in Maryland.

One of my favorite activities to do in the fall with my son is head out to the pumpkin patch. Here is a listing of some popular pumpkin patches here in Maryland. Check it out:
Baugher’s Orchard: Take a fun wagon right out to pick your own pumpkins and apples. Open 10 a.m.-5 p.m. weekends in October. There is also a free walk-in petting zoo, pony rides, and scarecrow making.

Bowles Farm Pumpkin Patch: Open Sept. 22-Oct. 28. There is a $10/person admission, while children under 3 are free. This covers the corn maze, petting zoo, children’s play area, wagon rides, and barrel rides. Pumpkins are paid for separately. Open Saturday and Sunday from 10 a.m.-6 p.m.

Brookfield Pumpkins: Pick your own pumpkins from Sept. 29-Oct. 31. Open Mon-Thurs from 3-6 p.m., and Fri, Sat, Sun from 10 a.m.-6 p.m. Take a free hayride to the patch on Fri, Sat or Sun. There is also a petting zoo and a six-acre corn maze! Half of the maze’s proceeds are donated to help fund breast cancer research.

Clark’s Elioak Farm: Pumpkin patch is open Sept. 21-Nov. 3, and the farm is open 10 a.m.-5 p.m. Admission is $5/person. Hayrides and pony rides are available for $2/person. There is also a petting zoo, and an “Enchanted Forest” where children will find fairytale characters.
