With my son’s sensitive skin, I’m always looking for products that are pure, natural, and will not doing any harm. When I learned about Susan Brown’s Baby line, I couldn’t wait to test it out. They offer both amazing skin care items for mom and baby. Looking over the products they offered, I was excited to see natural ingredients, such as Jojoba, Macadamia, Moringa and Sunflower oils. Furthermore, the infant products are dermatologist tested and fragrance mineral oil, paraben and phthalate free.
Susan Brown’s Baby products are infused with a higher concentration of botanical ingredients compared to our competitors. We are able to do this because we buy many of these costlier ingredients direct from our parent company (International Flora Technologies) which has been supplying major multinational cosmetic companies with naturally derived raw materials.
Susan Brown’s Baby generously sent me a full size bottle of Sensitive Baby Foaming Shampoo and Body Wash, along with various smaller sample sizes in the Lotion to Powder, Diaper Therapy Ointment, Botanical Gelee, Nourishing Lotion, Moisturizing Hand Sanitizer, and Just for Mom Warming Masque for Stretch Marks.
The Shampoo and Body wash was great! I love the fact that it is hypoallergenic and contains a tear-free formula. It didn’t dry out my son’s skin which is always a plus in my book. Another aspect I loved was that there was no an overly fragrant aroma to the wash.
The Lotion to Powder goes on the diaper area just like lotion, but dries like a powder. This provided a great barrier again wetness. The Diaper Therapy Ointment worked perfect on my son’s sensitive skin. He did not experience any diaper rash while we used the ointment. I really liked the Botantical Gelee which is a safe alternative to petroleum jelly,. I used it on my son’s dry patches and it worked just as well as jelly. As for the Nourishing Lotion, it left my sons’ skin feeling soft and smooth, moisturized, and thankfully not greasy! Just for Mom Warming Masque for Stretch Marks helped exfoliate and hydrate the skin around my stomach.
The Moisturizing Hand Sanitizer is great for when you are on the go! The gel contained little blue Vitamin E beads that helped keep your hands soft, while eliminating the bacteria. The sanitizer dried really fast, but did leave my hands feeling dried out. This product is not recommended for infants.
Buy It: You can purchase Susan Brown’s Baby products right off their website! Free shipping is available for purchases of $25 or more. In addition, you can find products at your local Babies R Us or at Amazon.
I received one or more of the products mentioned above for free using Tomoson.com. Regardless, I only recommend products or services I use personally and believe will be good for my readers.
