Scandle Candle generously sent me a Scandle Essentials Travel Candle in the Chocolate Dipped Strawberry scent. First off, WOW did it smell absolutely delicious! This chocoholic was very happy. I could the smell the candle as soon as I opened the package. I had not even opened the tin yet and I could smell the delicious aroma. I noticed more of a chocolate scent than a strawberry scent, but I’m not complaining! The aroma was absolutely divine.

The travel candles come in a square lightweight tin. The candle is packed with the pure essential oils you need for the ultimate spa massage with the enticing aromatherapy effects. Each tin comes with a silicone band that can be removed after use. The message to “Reduce. Reuse. Recycle.” will remind you to stay “green”! When a young guest was over she was quite intrigued by the this band. I took it off to let her wear before I took the pictures. Unfortunately, I never got the band back. Her mom made attempts to retrieve it before this review, but I left it go. At four years old, she has declared her love for recycling, so I think she deserve the wrist band! The estimated burn time for the travel candle is 15-30 hours.

So I’ll admit, I was a little nervous about pouring the wax of the candle right on my skin to test out. I gently touched it first, and quickly realized it didn’t hurt or burn at all! I poured the candle on my hand and arm, and rubbed it into my skin. The oil from the candle spreads so easily and made my skin feel absolutely soft and smooth. Plus it made my skin smell great! The oil feels lightweight and the scent is not heavy by any means. The oil is absolutely perfect for a massage.

I am very pleased with Scandle Candle’s product! The candle is perfect as a scented candle for your home, and the massage oil it turns into is perfect for a night of relaxation. Combine the two aspects together and you have the perfect candle for a night of romance with your partner! This is exactly why I wanted to include it in the Share the Love Event.
