When I think of summertime nostalgia, I think of my days as a kid out by the pool, long car rides to the beach, riding our bikes late into the evening since the sun was still up… and surrounding a fire pit, roasting marshmallows for one of our favorite summer treats: s’mores! Since today, August 10, is National S’mores Day, HERSHEY’S Chocolate World is celebrating all things s’mores!
Guests of HERSHEY’S Chocolate World can now enjoy the gooey chocolate, crunchy goodness of s’mores with S’moosh Your S’more, located in the HERSHEY’S Kitchens Food Hall!
After a fun-filled day at Hersheypark Amusement Park, we headed up towards Chocolate World to pick up some sweet treats before heading back to Maryland. Upon walking up, I noticed a sign pointing towards the entrance to HERSHEY’S Kitchens Food Hall.
As a s’mores fan, I couldn’t help but follow the sign! Sure enough, when I rounded the corner, I knew I was in the right place. As you can see, the HERSHEY’S Kitchens Food Hall entrance now features a giant s’mores, letting you know you are in the right place to S’moosh Your S’mores.
Once you enter through the doors, you will immediately see the S’mores Experience right in front of you, on the left side.
The s’mores special the day we went was the HERSHEY’S SPECIAL DARK Raspberry S’more. YUM!! Two of my favorite flavors! We quickly jumped in line to order this delicious treat.
No worries if you aren’t a fan of raspberry though. Traditional marshmallows are available as well! Don’t they look absolutely yummy?
After we placed our order, we watched eagerly as our s’more passed through the oven. The chocolate became warm and melty, while the marshmallow looked like gooey deliciousness! Perfect for “s’mooshing” into a s’more.
Once the s’mores are heated to the perfect state, they are placed on a convenient tray for the “s’mooshing”.
The two halves are placed on special paper plate, engineered to easily “s’moosh” the two halves together. Thus creating the perfect double delicious s’more!
All you have to do is simply fold the two ends together to create a perfect gooey chocolately treat!
The raspberry marshmallow is absolutely divine, and you can never go wrong with HERSHEY’S chocolate.
But I must give a shout out to the graham cracker! HERSHEY’S developed a custom made graham cracker just for the S’mores Experience.
It is just a tad bit softer than your traditional graham cracker. This way it won’t crumble when devouring the tasty dessert!
While National S’mores Week ends August 11, the S’mores Experience is open throughout the year! As I mentioned above, HERSHEY’S Chocolate World is celebrating National S’mores Week now through August 11. Special HERSHEY’S S’mores themed milkshakes, cookies, cheesecake, cupcakes, and cake are all available for purchase inside HERSHEY’S Chocolate World during the celebration.

OMG. This is my happy place! I was there once, way back in the 90s and they didn’t do s’mores then. I was robbed! LOL, I could honestly take a weekend from MIssouri, go there and make a smore, then come home. Seriously.
Now those look like some absolutely amazing smores! The size, the choice just everything, I could totally do with trying one for myself.
All of these S’mores sound wonderful and would be hard to choose. Visiting this place would be fun for anyone of all ages.
Oh my goodness is that dessert huge! I think that I need to go there and try one of these! S’more are a favorite dessert of mine! YUM!
What a delicious experience! I love smores! It must have been wonderful to be at Hershey, we have never taken our son, and we must!
I’m not a smores fan but that raspberry marshmallow smore looks good.
We were just in Lancaster a few weeks ago, but didn’t have a chance to make it to Hershey. Now I think we need to go back just to have a s’more! ?
Oh goodness! My mouth is watering for a smore! My family and I always love visits to Hershey Chocolate World. We can’t wait to visit again and taste these amazing looking smores.
Hershey is such a blast! I had my honeymoon there and loved every bit of it.

I keep reading about smores! I think it’s a sign I must make some, it’s been years since I’ve had some!
It’s hard to share this but I haven’t ever had a Smore because I don’t care for Marshmallows but both my son and husband like them and we make them sometimes when we are hanging out in the yard around the Fire Pit so this would be the perfect place to bring them if we were closer.
Why don’t they have this in FL?! I just forced my teenager to come over and look at the pictures. She wants to go!
The dark raspberry S’mores sound sooo yum yum, but then again, I love all smores and yet to find someone who doesn’t haha.
It looks so good! I’m craving for some s’mores right now because of this and I love that their cracker is softer than your usual. I think that works best! The raspberry marshmallow sounds like heaven!
Oh gosh I ove s’mores!! I didn’t know there was a national s’mores day! I need to celebrate that for sure…LOL!!
