I had to use my webcam this round. Hopefully I’ll have the tripod up and can use my video camera for the next update in April! I hope in future updates to show you some of my favorite shake recipes and only have good news as far as weight loss goes!
FYI… the glancing off and slight distraction at the end is due to a certain little someone peeking around the corner of his doorway with a little giggle. I guess he was hoping his momma wouldn’t see him watching her do her vlog takes! Honestly I couldn’t get mad at him for sneaking out of his room. While filming my update, he is who I think of! I want to set a great example of health and fitness for him. I don’t need to just loose the weight for myself, but for my son as well.
