Last month I posted how you could help decorate a Winter Wonderland for the building that would serve as the school for Sandy Hook Elementary students. There was such an overwhelming response, that the PTSA regretfully had to close the project.
However now there is a new way to send a virtual snowflake to show your support to Newtown with the website Snowflakes for Newtown! Through this website you can send messages of love, support, prayers, or anything you wish through a snowflake for the citizens of Newtown and others to read.
It takes less than a minute to contribute! Once you are at the website, simply choose which snowflake you would like to send. A box will pop up with several options for you to choose from:
Once you pick your snowflake, simply fill out the form with your name and location if you choose along with your message. So sweet, so simple and while just takes seconds for you to do, it could mean the world to a family just looking for some hope and comfort.
Snowflakes for Newtown was created by Baltimore’s own KneeBouncers! Big thanks to them for designing such a fun and easy way for families to support other families.
