I’m SMILING IT FORWARD™ because right now I have a happy and healthy boy! You see the past few days he hasn’t been feeling too well. I guess with the weather changing from warm to cool, he caught one of those dreaded colds. It’s never easy when our little ones are sick. Often a 2 year old can’t even understand why they feel so horrible. It’s hard to watch!
This last cold was a doozy! Poor little guy actually ended up with a fever. On the upside though, with the help of TYLENOL® and lots of momma hugs, the illness was short lived. Hearing his giggles and seeing a big grin on his face is exactly what I needed to put a smile back on my face!
Yes, this momma was super happy to see her little man back to his usual self in no time. As soon as he was feeling better, we decided to spend a good part of the day playing out on our balcony. He had such a happy grin on his face, I couldn’t help but snap this photo of my smiling baby. No parent every wants to watch their precious child go through any illness, no matter how big or small. It’s just painful to watch! It’s always such a joy when they feel better and return to their happy go lucky and joyful selves! Sadly not all parents are lucky enough to see their child feel better and those smiles return to their little faces. Very often children find themselves almost “living” in a hospital throughout their illnesses or their parents do not have the means to provide them with the proper medicine to feel better. Luckily there are amazing programs to help bring smiles back to the faces of these children. One in particular is the SMILING IT FORWARD™ campaign.
McNeil Consumer Healthcare, Division of McNEIL-PPC, Inc., the makers of TYLENOL®, is inviting you to upload a photo on their site that makes you SMILE! Starting now until January 31, 2014, just simply head on over to the SMILING IT FORWARD™ website to share your photo. Every time McNEIL-PPC approves and shares a photo, TYLENOL® will donate $1.00 to the Children’s Health Fund (with a minimum donation of $75,000 and a maximum donation of $100,000). How awesome is that? See how easy that is? All you have to do to help a child smile is upload a photo that makes you SMILE! So I ask today, will you do your share to help a child smile? Think of a photo that brings a grin to your face and share it with TYLENOL® today! Helping children… that’s the reason I’m Smiling It Forward!

A sick little one is never fun. With 4 kids we keep a lot of tylenol in the house. I love this.

What a cute little boy! I’m glad he’s feeling better. It’s no fun to have sick kids. I definitely stock up on the Tylenol this time of year – seems like something is always going around.

That’s pretty cool of Tylenol! Working in a hospital, it is the worst when a baby and his or her family lives there for an extended time :( It’s so sad. Thank you for sharing pictures of your sweet boy! He looks so cute!

It sure is nice that Tylenol is helping families out like this. We had a baby in the hospital for months on end, and you’re right that watching them suffer is very difficult. Glad your little guy is doing better!

Aww I am glad that your little guy is feeling better. Tylenol cures a lot of things and helps a great deal when babies or kids are sick or teething. We use it all of the time, and I love that it now has a easy dosage.
