The next few months are a whirlwind of emotions, shock, devastation, anger, depression and overwhelming sadness. There are days where you are more than likely going to curl up in bed and do nothing but cry. If you are able to do this, this is a natural part of grief. Don’t fight your feelings let them flow, as long as you are at least getting up, brushing your teeth, bathing and eating, you are on the right track. Wandering out into the open world can be quite treacherous to your heart, because there is no way to avoid pregnant women and babies and they seem to be everywhere after your loss…
