As most of you know, I’m on a weight loss journey to get back in shape. Looking at pictures of myself right before I became pregnant with my son has encourage me even more to take getting back in shape more seriously.
To psych myself up for this journey, I honestly spent endless hours reading others’ weight loss success stories. I need the inspiration and knowing that if every day moms like me could truly do it, I shouldn’t have too much trouble in reaching my goals. I needed to get into the right mind frame.
If you’ve been following my weight loss journey, you’ll know that early this month, I celebrate my 10 pounds down mark. In one month I had lost 10 pounds thanks to the help of exercise and Nutrisystem. Woo hoo! While Nutrisystem is the easiest diet ever, I have to say a lot of the help came from thinking of others and their success. Knowing that you aren’t alone in this journey really helps keep up the motivation and determination. Any time I think about throwing in the towel, I just think of the others. Loosing weight is not impossible! Sure it can get tough at times, but know that others have gone through this same difficult journey, it eases the mind a little.
