Earlier this month I shared with you that Disney+ would once against host their annual HALLOWSTREAM event for subscribers. One of their new originals is MUPPETS HAUNTED MANSION, exclusively streaming on Disney+, starting on October 8! Today I’m sharing with you the brand new trailer!

The Muppets’ first-ever Halloween special MUPPETS HAUNTED MANSION will feature a star-studded Muppets cast, with celebrity cameos, all-new music and spooky fun for families to enjoy together! The special takes place on Halloween night, when Gonzo is challenged to spend one very daring night in the most grim grinning place on Earth …The Haunted Mansion!
The Muppets aren’t the only familiar faces in this special. Fans of the Haunted Mansion ride in Disney theme parks will recognize a few of the happy haunts and characters from the attraction! Will Arnett plays The Ghost Host, while Taraji P. Henson plays The Bride. Yvette Nicole Brown appears as The Hearse Driver, while Darren Criss is The Caretaker!
Special celebrity appearances include Chrissy Metz (as Harriet), Alfonso Ribeiro (as Fred), Edward Asner (as Claude), Jeannie Mai (as Maude), Danny Trejo (as Huet), Sasheer Zamata (as Mary), Craig Robinson (as Bust), Skai Jackson (as Bust), Pat Sajak (as Bust), Geoff Keighley (as Bust), Justina Machado (as Bust), John Stamos (as Himself) and Kim Irvine (as Haunted Mansion Maid).

When MUPPETS HAUNTED MANSION debuts on Disney+, Walt Disney Records will also release the MUPPETS HAUNTED MANSION EP! The EP will include three new original songs titled “Rest in Peace,” “Life Hereafter” and “Tie the Knot Tango,” plus a cover of “Dancing in the Moonlight.”
Fan-Favorite Spooky Programming
Not only does HALLOWSTREAM feature original specials, but programming includes Halloween episodes from popular Disney television series. The lineup will also feature a lineup of spooky films such as HOCUS POCUS, Tim Burton’s NIGHTMARE BEFORE CHRISTMAS, THE HAUNTED MANSION, and HALLOWEENTOWN! The Disney Channel Original movie, UNDER WRAPS, arrives to Disney+ on October 8.
