Now if you are like me, when you hear the brand Lugz Footwear, you immediately think “rugged essentials.” While yes, Lugz is great for finding boots, that isn’t the only style they offer. Did you know they also have a variety of sneakers and slip-ons as well.
While browsing their website, a pair of sparkly slippers caught my eye! Lugz offers the comfortable and stylish “Laurel” in a variety of colors. While gold, sapphire, and silver are available, I decided on black.
Made of suede, I love that these shoes also offer incredibly soft lining in the inside for much added warm and comfort! I actually wear this shoes out at night, and the cushioned soles definitely help the comfort last all night. The tongue and collar of the shoes are padded as well.
As you can see, the shoes as a style that includes suede “string” all around. It adds a bit of style to the shoe. Plus it breaks up all the glitter. Then again, you can never have too much sparkle!
As the string wraps around the shoe, it joins in the front to create a cute little bow. It’s a nice touch to the shoes, and gives them a little more style than basic slip-ons that might have a more plain appearance.
Overall I’m very happy with the shoes! They are easy to slide on and off, and provide not only comfort, but style and support as well. Usually slip-ons aren’t the most structured shoe, but the Laurel from Lugz really holds up! I can’t wait to purchase them in other colors this holiday season. Perfect way to sparkle up any outfit!
I’ve never owned a pair of Lugz. These are really attractive slip-on casual shoes – plus they are padded for comfort, I already love them! I have the hardest time with my big BOZO feet to find shoes that fit so I do wear a lot of slip-on foot wear. THANKS for the info!
