For those watching the first Presidential debate last night, you may have caught the brand new TV spot, #VoteLoving, in honor of the film LOVING. In case you missed it, no worries! I’m sharing it with you today, as a reminder that “every voice matters.”
The film tells the love story of Richard and Mildred Loving, and how their union sparked a real change in this country. This election year, Focus Features has launched the #VoteLoving campaign to discuss the film and how simply conveying love can change the world.

Acclaimed writer/director Jeff Nichols, celebrates the real-life courage and commitment of the interracial couple, in his new film. Richard and Mildred, who were married, spent the next nine years after their nuptials, fighting for the right to live as a family in their hometown. Their civil rights case, Loving v. Virginia, went all the way to the Supreme Court, which in 1967 reaffirmed the very foundation of the right to marry. Their love story has become an inspiration to couples ever since!
The film stars Joel Edgerton, Ruth Negga, Marton Csokas, Nick Kroll, Terri Abney, Alano Miller, Jon Bass, and Michael Shannon.
Be sure to connect with LOVING on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and VoteLoving.com.
This film arrives in select cities on November 4, and in additional cities throughout the rest of the month.
