You as my readers know how much I love cooking up my Marvel inspired burgers. But at the same time, one can only eat so many burgers before thinking “Hey, I should try to eat a little more healthy ever so often.” Whenever I’m on one of my “health kicks”, I’m all about the smoothies and acai bowls! I love that I can take delicious nutritious foods to create a colorful meal/snack that everyone in the family can enjoy. Yes, I’ve learned that if I tell my son something is Marvel inspired, like the Infinity Stones Acai Bowl, he is more likely to devour it!
Ingredients
Acai Bowl Base
Frozen acai berry puree (1 packet)
Frozen banana
1 1/2 cup of frozen berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, blackberries, etc.)
1 cup of kale
3-4 dates (pits removed)
1 cup of apple juice
1/2 cup of greek yogurt
1 tablespoon of raw honey
Toppings
Sliced banana
Sliced strawberries
Blueberries
Diced kiwi
Diced orange
Oats
Directions
I love that acai bowls are so quick and easy are to create, especially when you are on a time crunch! To speed up the process, I use simple frozen acai berry puree. You you can find it in the freezer aisle at your local grocery store.
Once you have gathered the ingredients listed above, break up your packet of frozen acai puree into smaller pieces. Cut up the frozen banana as well. Throw them both into the blender, along with the frozen berries, kale, dates, yogurt, and honey. Blend well until the mixture is creamy, but still thick. Stir in some of the oats to thicken the base up as well.
If you blend it too thin, throw some ice cubes into the blender to thicken it back up. When you pour the mixture into the bowl, you want it to be on the thicker side so that you can eat it with a spoon, not drink it with a straw.
Now onto the toppings!! Sprinkle your oats on top first. You can alternatively use shredded coconut, granola, or sliced almonds. However, I’ve always been a fan of the oats. Now time to add the “Infinity Stones”!
Space Stone – Blueberries
Mind Stone – Banana
Reality Stone – Strawberries
Power Stone – Acai bowl base
Time Stone – Kiwi
Soul Stone – Orange
Really you can use any fruits that match the colors of each stone. These are my favorites though for a delicious combination of flavors!
So anyone looking to “power” their soul… power it up with a nutritious acai bowl and fruit toppings, similar to the way that the Infinity Gauntlet is powered by the Infinity Stones!

I received the above trailer as a blogger via Walt Disney Publications. I was not financially compensated for this posting and I created this recipe as inspired by Walt Disney Publications, Marvel Studios, and their copy-righted characters. All opinions are 100% my own.
