When my parents asked me what I wanted for my birthday this year, I told them a new bathroom! They laughed because they thought I was kidding. Boy, I was not! Okay, there wasn’t anything really wrong with my bathroom. I just don’t like it. My home is built in 2002, so it wasn’t like the bathroom was dated. It just looked boring. Tankless is nice but you have to do electrical changes as well. Seriously get an estimate before you try and do it. The newer heaters have a longer life and work more efficiently. If you have hard water definitely get a self cleaning one.
