Hot #Fashion Colors for Winter into Spring!

As we head into March, it is one of those months where can’t tell if I should still be wearing my winter fashion, or is it okay to break out some spring like pieces? What would I wear as colors for Winter into Spring?

In the Winter time I usually wear dark and muted colors, while in Spring I like to break out the pastels.

Inspired by sweaters found at J. Crew Factory Store, I decided it is time to start wearing some bold rich colors in honor of the upcoming Spring time! The sweaters provide the much needed warmth during this still cold month, while the color hues remind me that Spring will be here in no time.

Now with the Spearmint sweater, I’ve been pairing it with the Banana Republic “Meghan Link Necklace”. This piece retails for $45.00, which is on the higher end of my apparel budget. However, since it is technically my sister’s necklace, I’m using it for “free”. Really any golden hue necklace would look great with this green color.

As for the Neon Rose sweater, I’ve been pairing it with teal accents. Right now I’m loving the sweater with the Stella & Dot “Charlize Tear-drop Earrings”. These teal earrings retail for $34.00. You can find them online or at a Stella & Dot trunk show.

For the Deep Orchid sweater, back on Valentine’s Day, I paired the purple with pink! I choose these “Factory Neon Stone Stud Earrings” in Neon Pink, which can be also found at J. Crew Factor Stores either online or at your local shop. They retail for $16.50.

For a day-time or work look with these sweaters, I’ve layered them over a button down, with cropped pants and colorful flats. When I go for a more evening look, I pair them with dark skinny jeans, ankle booties, and a colorful scarf.

Since its almost Spring, don’t be afraid to add in a little color pop, especially if it is a neon handbag or earrings! Wearing these colors make me even more excited for Spring time to roll around.
