Now the title of this post may sound like an obvious statement to most. Scientists and nutritionists have been saying this for years. I just wanted to share the most recent report urging parents to once again, keep pushing the veggies, or at least disguising the veggies. The researchers over at Penn State recommend adding pureed vegetables to your kids’ food. Remember to keep offering your little ones fruit and vegetables at every meal, but hiding veggies in other foods seems to be a good idea too. To read Penn State’s full study, click here.
