As you probably know, we are BIG fans of Hershey, PA! The town is one of our favorite destinations for family fun all year long. There is definitely more to Hershey The Sweetest Place on Earth! than just Hersheypark Amusement Park. (Though don’t get me wrong, Hersheypark is beyond amazing!) We recently visited Hershey, PA back in March before Hersheypark opened for the season. We had such a blast! This is why I’m so excited to tell you what’s new in Hershey, PA for 2017! Plus keep reading to see how you can win a 4-pack of tickets to Hersheypark.
Hershey Triple Tower
The newest ride to debut at Hersheypark is the Hershey Triple Tower attraction! What I absolutely love about the Hershey Triple Tower is that you can choose your own level of thrill.
There are three Towers to ride:
Hershey’s Tower: The tallest of the Towers at 189 feet high, it features two gravity-defying experiences, SPACE SHOT & TURBO DROP, which propels riders to the top before blasting back to the bottom at 45 miles per hour.
Reese’s Tower: Looking for a thrill but not quite ready for the Hershey’s Tower? Standing at 131 feet high, this Tower still gives you the ride of your life with two thrilling cycles of positive and negative G forces.
Hershey’s Kisses Tower: Standing at 80 feet high, you can warm up with two exhilarating cycles of positive and negative G forces before hitting the other two Towers.
Chick-fil-A®
I’m so excited that there is now a Chick-fil-A® restaurant in Hersheypark! Located in Founder’s Way, the new Chick-fil-A® location serves a menu of fresh, handcrafted favorites for breakfast, lunch and dinner Monday through Saturday.
That’s right, you’ll be able to enjoy your Chick-fil-A® chicken, waffle fries, and fresh lemonade right there in the park. Oh and can’t forget the milkshakes!
BBLz®
Speaking of beverages… new to Hersheypark this summer is BBLz! What is that you ask? Well it’s a one-of-a-kind beverage experience!
Located in Kissing Tower Hill, the new attraction will give guests the opportunity to experience soft drink mixology in an entirely new way. Get ready to create all new flavors with unique ingredients!
Fire & Grain
The brand new restaurant, Fire & Grain, recently opened at Hershey Lodge! The tag line reads: Experience the energetic and engaging atmosphere of Fire & Grain. We are so excited to try this place on our next visit.
Gathering tables, a fire wall, and a full service bar! This place has it all. Menu features innovative meals of re-mastered comfort foods and cocktails. After seeing the photo below on Facebook, I’m dying to try this place for Happy Hour!
MeltSpa by Hershey
Melt Spa by Hershey, presented by The Spa At The Hotel Hershey, will open this fall! Located in Downtown Hershey, at 11 E. Chocolate Ave., this spa will feature signature Hershey’s dark chocolate treatments.
Day spa services will include massage, body treatments, facials, manicures, pedicures, hair styling, makeup, waxing and more!
Season Pass Holder Benefits
Thinking about getting a Season Pass? There are a few new perks for 2017 that I definitely have to tell you about! We love Hershey Park, it’s not too far of a drive for us and they have so much to offer for the whole family! This would be absolutely wonderful!!
For me, the new ride I want to try is Laff Track. That wasn’t there the last time my wife and I were at Hershey Park.

My daughter loves Laff Trak. She can not wait to do the Hershey’s Drop, especially if her best friend can go if we win. Her friend isn’t big on the free drops but they always trade..a free drop for an upside down roller coaster. she really can not wait top do the entire triple drop. My daughter wants to go for her birthday in July.
