Yesterday I posted about our experience at Hersheypark in the Dark during opening weekend. We had so much fun! Over 50 rides and attractions are open for the next two weekends in October. My son especially loved the Hershey’s Trick-or-Treat Trail and Halloween decor. But me? I’m all about the food and sweet treats! Both Hersheypark Amusement Park and Hershey’s Chocolate World are offering a nice variety of meals and sweets featuring the flavors of fall.
Pumpkin King Size Shake
It’s no secret we are big fans of the King Size Shakes available at Simply Chocolate in Hersheypark. When I heard that the limited edition Pumpkin King Size Shake was available, we quickly snatched one up to try it. My son and I love anything pumpkin-flavored. Of course this King Size Shake was a home run!
We arrived to the amusement park right at opening that morning. I was trying to wait till after lunch to enjoy one of these delicious shakes… but… it just looked too good! So I admit, we totally had this right before lunch. And you know what? I don’t regret my decision! *LOL* I mean, just look at that pumpkin roll!
My son was all smiles when the cashier handed us the King Size Shake. I knew I had to take photos BEFORE he started drinking it. Once he took a sip, I knew it would be hard for him to hand it back over!
And I was right. Yes, the shake is that GOOD. Definitely a must-buy at Hersheypark if you are a fan of milkshakes or sweet treats.
Plus how cute are these fall themed sprinkles. I love the autumn color scheme and the little leaves.
The only downside to this shake? It’s only available during Hersheypark in the Dark! Guess that means you better hurry and get one before October is over!
Oh and speaking of pumpkin rolls… Simply Chocolate also offers Pumpkin Roll Ice Cream sandwiches!
Pumpkin Pie Funnel Cake
Funnel Cakes are quite the popular sweet treat at Hersheypark. For fall, the Pumpkin Pie Funnel Cake is now available!
FYI… you can order yours with whip cream! We just decided to skip it this time.
With pumpkin flavors, powdered sugar and glaze, this is probably my new favorite Funnel Cake offered there! (Sorry Reese’s, you’ve been replaced.)
Oh and the graham cracker crumble! No “pumpkin pie” is complete without the delicious graham cracker crumble.
Hershey’s Chocolate World Food Court
Hershey’s Chocolate World is also celebrating the Flavors of Fall with delicious cuisine options. My favorite is the Mounds Coconut Pumpkin Soup!
It was absolutely the perfect mix of sweet and savory. I seriously wanted to enjoy a second bowl, but new I had other fall foods to try.
If you like Thanksgiving, the Turkey Cranberry Wrap is for you!
Turkey, cranberry relish, chocolate cherry bread stuffing… it is like a Thanksgiving meal all rolled up in to a convenient wrap. So good!

Chocolate Brisket Pizza with Caramelized Onions
Slow Roasted Chocolate Brisket
Smoked Ham and Caramel Apple Sandwich

Hershey’s Chocolate World Bakery
Time for more sweets! After you enjoy a meal over in the Food Court, come to the Bakery for a delicious dessert.
Where do I even begin with all the delicious sweet treats. Cinnamon Caramel Apple Cheesecake, Pumpkin Kisses Cheesecake and Cupcake, Pumpkin Cinnamon Chip Cream Cheese Muffin… so many scrumptious treats. Just scroll through these pictures and drool for a bit. It’s okay! They are just as delicious as they look!
I have to say that my favorite of the desserts is the Pumpkin Kisses Cheesecake. Can’t go wrong with pumpkin and cheesecake!
My son’s favorite went to the pumpkin shaped sprinkled cookies! He probably would have eaten like 10 if I had let him.
And yes, I’m reminding you again that the limited edition Flavors of Fall menu is only available through November 10! Better hurry!

I’m soooo jealous! I hope to one day visit there. I love chocolate and remember reading about Hershey as I grew up and his creation of a timeless chocolate bar. Now they have a place where you can go to enjoy the freshly made, decadence!

Wow, this place looks like tonnes of fun! They don’t sell Hershey’s here in the UK, but I know it’s a brand of chocolate. I thought they were selling chocolate flavoured meat dishes for a second there in your photos!
