*FOUND* Help Find Robert “Neil” Wagner ~ Missing #Annapolis Man

Attention Marylanders, specifically those in the Annapolis area! Police are seeking information to help located Robert “Neil” Wagner, 42, of Annapolis. He is tall (just over 6 ft) and has a thin athletic build. Please know that he is in the military and just returned home around Thanksgiving. He hasn’t been seen since around Christmas.
