I’m a comedy girl. I love anything that makes me laugh! If I’m headed to the movies, give me a comedy any day over a drama. This is exactly why I love the witty apparel over at Headline Shirts!

Based in San Francisco, they have been making intelligently funny tees since 2005. Their Vintageblend™ shirts are hand-sewn using a super-soft, poly/cotton blend. Trust me, they weren’t kidding when they say super soft! Headline offers women, men, and kid sizes.  Shirts aren’t their only specialty though! Other items available for purchase from Headline include fun accessories like sunglasses, water bottles, bags, wallets, and belt buckles.

Headline Shirts generously offered to send me a shirt of my choice. Truth is, I actually already own shirts from this company; my favorite being the “Relentlessly Awesome” shirt. So I decided why not pick one for my son? I decided to go with the “No Regrets” tiger shirt since well, my son loves tigers!


You would guess that one must be a funny company to create such hilarious tees! Yes, the humor crossed over even into the packaging. Even I had a little chuckle when I found this package sitting outside my doorstep.
The kid’s sizes appear to be true to size. My son is 17 months, but wears 2T to 3T. I decided to go with the 2T and luckily it fit him great! I absolutely love that this tee is super soft!  They screen print on shirts that have a tagless neck, using an eco-friendly discharge ink. This is perfect for my son since his skin is so sensitive. Usually he is fine with tags, but if there is a tagless option, that is what I’m going for. Since the shirt is so soft and flexible, it is PERFECT for play time! (Please excuse the constant finger in the mouth. It was a bad teething day!)
If you are ordering a women’s size, these tees aren’t just shrunken down men sizes.   Their women’s tees are long in length, with a slight stretch for a perfect fit.  If you are ordering a men’s size, those tees have a regular fit.  They are not too loose and not “body hugging” slim. If you prefer a baggy fit, consider ordering a size up. Please note that these shirts do shrink 10% in a hot dryer. To avoid shrinkage, I’ve been using air dry or low heat on my dryer. Or I opt to just line dry the shirts. I have no had any issues with fading, which is always a plus!
