For our second night, we chose the Grilled Tilapia. What I love about this meal is that each filet is only 80 calories! Perfectly portioned, the filets are already seasoned. All you have to do is place the filet in the oven for 16-18 minutes and you are ready to go! Add your favorite vegetables and you have healthy dinner right on your plate. Next time we have the Tilapia, we are going to slice up a filet and use it in fish tacos! Yum! Did I mention what a convenience it is that the filets are pre-seasoned?
