Growing up in Maryland, I remember one of our favorite things to do in the summer was to go outside as the sun was going down and catch fireflies!  We would put them in a jar (and eventually release them), and watch them fly around glowing and lighting up while we sat on the back porch.  When I first saw Gemmy’s My Pet Firefly, I thought what a cute idea!  Now I’m thinking, why didn’t I think of that???  From children to adults, the people in this town (and probably all over the US) still love to go outside to catch fireflies in the summer night! This product would save them the step from going outside in this hot humid mess!
