Every time I see those television commercials of starving children in third world countries, it breaks my heart. I work hard to put food on the table every night for my family. I can even begin to imagine how the families over there feel with just little or no food. It certainly pains me to see their frail little frames.

It is sad to know that roughly 2 billion people around the world lack access to the essential nutrients they need to lead healthy lives. This is amazing. It’s so easy to forget that others around the world are literally STARVING when we have an over abundance of food. What a great project.
