Hi, I have been looking for a recipe for punbrisk for years. It starts with fried pork in the bottom of the pan. Add flour and potatoes and 2 or 3 spices as well as salt and pepper I believe. Mix it all up and pour it over the fried pork. Add some fried pork on the top and bake. Nobody knows how much of anything but I remember my Mom making it when I was little and I loved it!!
