School is back in session! Any mommas looking for a yummy after school treat or extra something special to sneak in the little one’s school lunches?
We all know Pillsbury Funfetti cupcakes is an absolute favorite for all ages. However, you are going to want to check out this “twist” on some Funfetti fun brought to you by! I promise you will fall immediately into a true sweet tooth food comma!
Ingredients:
One box of Pillsburty Funfetti Cake Mix (with pudding included)
– 1/3 cup of oil
2 eggs
Optional: One package of Funfetti frosting
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. In a large bowl, combine cake mix, oil and eggs. Make sure you stir well until the batter is completely mixed.
Now get our your ungreased cookie sheet. You will want to shape the dough into 1-inch balls and place about 2 1/2 inches apart on the sheet.
Bake for about 6 to8 minutes, or until edge is golden brown. Make sure you let the cookies cool before removing from the cookie sheet. This seems to be an important step that people often forget.
Now if you choose to purchase frosting, feel free to spread the icing over the cookies. The sprinkle with candy bits or sprinkles. We chose not to add frosting to the cookies.
This recipe takes less then 20 minutes to throw together and the best part? Makes 24 cookies! Perfect for your little one to bring to class to share. Enjoy :)
Great idea – my kids would love this yummy idea!
This one looks like a fun one to do with the kids
Wow! So easy to do as cookies!! COOL!
Bummer, my kid’s school just went no more treats brought in from home. Not even cupcakes on their birthday :(. It’s because of all of the allergies and stuff so they will celebrate with a special treat of pencils now I guess ;).
