It won’t be long before Easter Sunday arrives! If you are like me, that means you are rushing to find the perfect last-minute gifts to place in your child’s Easter basket. PEEPS® Pizza Recipe
Ingredients
Package of raw sugar cookie dough
Creamy chocolate frosting
PEEPS®
Shredded coconut
Green food coloring
Peanuts (optional: salted caramel flavor)
Directions
Take a 16-inch pizza pan and coat it with cooking spray. Go ahead and just set it aside for now.
Take your cookie dough and pack it into a ball. Then flatten it into a disc with your hands. Set it in the middle of the pizza pan. Press on the dough from the middle out. Do this until the dough covers the pan and looks like a pizza!
Bake the crust at 350 degrees for 12 minutes, or you see that the edges of the cookie start to brown.
While the cookie is baking, take your shredded coconut, and add in a couple of drops of green food coloring. Toss the coconut so that it is completely dyed green.
Afterward, let the cookie cool. Once the cookie is cool, spread on the chocolate frosting as you would with pizza sauce if this was a regular pizza. Then arrange your PEEPS® on the frosting. Once that is done, sprinkle on the coconut and peanuts.
Now go ahead and slice your PEEPS® pizza just like you would any other pizza! Serve and enjoy! What a great and fun dessert idea for Easter…

I love peeps as they always taste the same. They have a large variety that each of my kids enjoy. They each are very different from each other.
