May the Irish hills caress you.
May her lakes and rivers bless you.
May the luck of the Irish enfold you.
May the blessings of Saint Patrick behold you.

Need a vacation? Yeah, me too! Normally when I think of vacation, I think of a beach, drinks, the ocean, drinks, a spa, and well more drinks. Right now though, I want something different! I’ve been thinking about Colorado lately! For all you vacationers looking for an off-the-beaten-path Colorado getaway with all the frills of a major resort should head to Crested Butte, an historic town tucked away in the Colorado Rockies Elk Mountain Range.
As we head into March, it is one of those months where can’t tell if I should still be wearing my winter fashion, or is it okay to break out some spring like pieces? What would I wear as colors for Winter into Spring?
In the Winter time I usually wear dark and muted colors, while in Spring I like to break out the pastels.
Inspired by sweaters found at J. Crew Factory Store, I decided it is time to start wearing some bold rich colors in honor of the upcoming Spring time! The sweaters provide the much needed warmth during this still cold month, while the color hues remind me that Spring will be here in no time.
Once Valentine’s Day is over and all is said and done, I still find myself with a plethora of extra leftover candy. Now yes, I could grab a glass of wine, and plop down on my couch and consume what is left night after night. Or I could simply re-gift it to a fellow candyholic. However I was in a creative (well, as creative as I can get, you all know I’m not that crafty ) mood today and decided to do something with the candy!
Now normally in the past when I’ve had chocolate I didn’t want to just straight eat, I would chop it up and melt it to use in various recipes. I would use it in brownies, or drizzle on ice cream, or every use it in my cakes. Though considering I just finished chopping a ton of fruit for a fruit salad, I wasn’t quite in the mood to chop anymore.
