{Anytime Costumes} Lil Monster Review and Winner’s Choice #Giveaway

Halloween is hands down one of my favorite holidays!  I love the spooky decorations, along with hayrides, pumpkin carving, and bonfires.  However, one of my most favorite parts of Halloween are the costumes!  Don’t you remember as a kid trying to narrow down to that perfect costume, to proudly march around in at your school’s Halloween Parade.  Then running door to door, trick or treating, collecting candy, proudly telling your neighbors about your costume when they ask “Now what you are for Halloween?”.  This is Baby C’s first Halloween, and I couldn’t wait to pick out something for him to wear.

I was very excited to learn I had the opportunity to review a costume from Anytime Costumes!  Since 1954, not only have they been supplying costumes for Halloween, but for year-round needs as well.  They have such a variety to choose from, whether you are an adult, child, baby, plus-size, or a couple!  Anytime Costumes also offers accessories, hats, wigs, and masks to help perfect your look.
Looking through the Baby Costumes, there were so many adorable ones to choose from!  I loved both the Infant Spider and the Precious Puppy.  Though it was the Lil Monster that was just too cute!  There were so many great costumes, it was very hard to choose.  Though I definitely think I made the right decision! Now Baby C is a big boy.  He is over 20 lbs and taller than one year olds!  He is only 5 months, but according to the size chart 12-18 months would fit him.  Looking around their website, placing an order is very easy, and delivery is super fast!  What a great turnaround!  They even have FREE ground shipping available for orders of $50 or more. 

When the package arrive, I couldn’t wait to take the costume out and try it on him!  The outfit was made of soft crushed velvet with a silky lining inside.  The costume came in three pieces: a bodysuit (with snaps around the legs for easy diaper access, and a zipper up the back), a hat with monster horns and eyes, and slippers with skid reducing material on the bottom.  I could tell the costume was of great quality and not cheaply made!  With his little chubby hands, he tried to pull some of the blue hairs out, but they stayed put!

Now unfortunately my little one was sick the week I conducted this review. I didn’t want to hold up the giveaway, so here I present to you, my sick Lil Monster modeling his first Halloween costume for you all!  While he did have clothes on underneath the costume, it was nice to see that it did not irritate his sensitive baby skin.  I think the silk lining in the costume helped very much!  This was definitely a nice touch.  The costume is a little big on him, but I think by the end of October, it will fit him perfectly.

    I cant decide lol. Maybe the poodle skirt, the adult angelica pirates of the caribbean costume or cinderella.
