It seems throughout the years toy fads come and go. However, one evil-fighting superhero team that has always stuck around is the Power Rangers! This group has been around since 1993 and still going strong with the action, adventure and entertaining children in 2013. The newest season of Power Rangers is Super Samurai, which airs on Nickelodeon and is currently the #1 kids’ action series!

I recently received the Power Rangers 10.5” Battlers Plush and ornament. My son at the time was unfamiliar with Power Rangers, but once I showed him what he called the “ninja”, he was super excited!
The plush battlers are actually part of a new generation of Power Rangers that must master the Samurai Sword and Mystical Symbols Of Power. This help the Rangers control over fire, water sky, forest, and Earth. Since my son is so young, I really liked the plus aspect for the figure. However, each battler does have plastic arms and head, which are quite durable. I was pleased with the sewing and seam quality of the plush. Anything that my son can’t rip apart is good in my book!
My son loved taking his battler wherever he went around the house. His particular favorite this to do it put the Ranger on the top of the handlebars of his “bike”.
For our Christmas tree, we like a mix of family ornaments, kid-friendly ornaments, and well, the fancy ones I can’t resist purchasing. It is nice to decorate the characters that my son likes and recognizes. There are no sharp edges and doesn’t include a hook. Instead it uses a gold string for you to hang the ornament on the tree.
Kids are loving this new generation of Power Rangers! I think it is quite awesome that they are still around and a hit among the young viewers. There are great gifts you can purchase for any Power Ranger fan. I know I’ve been happy with the gifts and toys I’ve seen!
