I know, it’s not even Thanksgiving yet, though I’m slowly getting into the Christmas mood. However, when the book I’m about to review arrived at my door step, I proceeded to read it to my son that night. By the time we finished the book, I was ready to pull out the tree and start decorating!

Wigglebottom, a super cute bunny rabbit on his journey of life, learning many lessons along the way. Not only is this book a fun Christmas theme read, but I love all the lessons taught! In this sweet story, little Howard realizes how happy he can make others by sharing and giving. At first he doesn’t like to share, but realizes what an unhappy bunny is keeping his toys from others. He eventually discovers the joy in sharing with others!

Baby C absolutely loved “helping” to turn the pages and looking at the vibrant illustrations! While he may not understand the words now, I think this is a book he will learn to appreciate as he grows older and discovers the meaning of Christmas. Reading the book with your children gives you the opportunity to discuss not only the importance of giving, but topics such as homelessness, talking to strangers, paying attention, staying out of trouble, and of course, the spirit of Christmas.

we are big christmas book fans so the season of giving would be perfect- this year my daughter helped me send package to soldiers and children we needed gifts i would love to have a story to show her the importance
