Le Savonnier Marseillais Liquid SoapWith a little one in the household, I’m try more and more to move away from household products with harsh chemicals, and move to those that are all natural or organic. Since I’m trying to switch out most of my cleaning-related products, I was super excited to learn about Le Savonnier Marseillais and their line of Savon Noir soap. This product is perfect for Green Cleaning!!

Three different varieties are offered: Lavender, Eucalyptus, and Unscented. Le Savonnier Marseillais generously sent me their Lavender Natural Liquid Soap to tested out for review.

What I think I love most about this product is how versatile it is! The liquid soap is can be effectively used on household washable surfaces, and for home chores. As for the green aspect, the soap is doesn’t have any added colorants or solvents. It’s considered eco-friendly, biodegradable, and economical!

Annapolis Area FREE E-Cycling Event ~ 1/12/13

Attention locals! The Anne Arundel Medical Center, located in Annapolis, is hosting a FREE e-cycling event this upcoming Saturday, on January 12th. It will take place from 8:00 AM to noon, in the back parking lot of the Annapolis Exchange Building. If you aren’t familiar with the building, it is off of Jennifer Road, down the straight from the hospital as if you are headed to Westfield Mall.

Why e-cycle? E-cycling helps conserve natural resources, supports your local community and helps create jobs. Want to help the Annapolis area become a green placer? All you need to do to help is drop off your old electronics to help benefit the community.

I recently had the opportunity to test out and review Eco Orbies, which are non-toxic aqua beads. I’ve been debating back and forth for awhile on whether to build a garden on my balcony.
